The main goal of our seminars is to provide important information and strategies on topics that are timely, informative, valuable and actionable.

TOPIC: How to make the most of your employee benefit package in a tough economy

We will provide you with cost savings solutions, and creative cost management and health improvement strategies for your benefit plans, which are critically important in this challenging economic environment. Discussion will include Account Based Plans (HSAs, HRAs, FSAs), Ancillary Coverages (Pharmacy, Life offerings, Dental, Disability) and Wellness Plans.

June 10, 2009 – Location: TBD
TOPIC: The Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

A frequently requested topic, FMLA requirements are complex and have recently changed. Our expert speaker, Robert Noonan, Esq., will provide an in-depth overview of FMLA, and will review the major implications for employers to stay compliant with FMLA regulations and manage the day to day challenges that arise.

TOPIC: Benchmark benefit design for connecticut employers

Learn what are the emerging plan design and benefit trends for employers with less than 300 employees. In this interactive forum, employers will share their best practices and challenges, and will brainstorm to gather insight from employer peers. Space is limited so register early.
