MAKING HEALTH PLANS WORK BETTER

We are in the process of introducing highly personalized Member Support Services designed to help make health plans work better for individual members by providing personalized support before, during and after enrolling in a health plan:

• Helping make better decisions prior to enrolling;
• Helping to make better decisions about their health and healthcare before receiving treatment;
• Helping to research providers and treatment options after a new diagnosis;
• Helping to understand the bills, payment options and other administrative details after receiving care;
• Helping to navigate the healthcare system and tremendous resources available to healthcare consumers today.

The focal point for the delivery of these services is our new Healthcare Heroes™ Program. Our Healthcare Heroes are highly trained specialists serving as personal advocates for employees and family members navigating the healthcare system.
