Farmington, CT - Ovation Benefits announced today that they will be speaking and exhibiting at Care Continuum Alliances' Forum 11 Conference in San Francisco in September. A national leader in workforce health improvement and one of the largest independent benefits brokers in the country, Ovation will be appearing at the event to share best practices in health improvement.

Forum 11 is an annual health and wellness conference and exposition designed to bring together the top thought leadership in the country and offers innovative solutions for wellness and chronic care. The conference will be held from September 7th through the 9th. Over the course of three days, an estimated 1000 employees representing c-suite level executives and mid-level managers will gather together to learn about some of the top health improvement trends in the industry.

Ovation will be holding an hour-long session to illustrate how they helped Palm Beach County, Florida develop a health improvement program focused on reducing cost and reducing chronic disease risk. The session is titled “Do the Math! Focus on Prevention Programs with Measureable Outcomes” and will be held on September 8th from 10:45 to 11:45.

The session will feature Dr. Charles Taylor, M.D., of Ovation; Anne M. Gannon, Tax Collector of Palm Beach County; Peter Townsley, Director of Chronic Disease Prevention Programs and Bill Mauke, Ovation Partner and Health Improvement Practice Leader. Attendees will learn about the approach used to develop the health improvement program for Palm Beach; how it was shared with employees to get buy-in, and what the outcomes have been. “Care Continuum Alliance's Forum 11 brings together the nation's top wellness and care management leadership to share strategies and innovations for the future,” says Peter Townsley, Ovation's Director of Chronic Disease Prevention Programs. “This event represents an enormous opportunity for us to share our best practices and recent client success stories.”

Attendance to the Forum 11 event this September will provide nationwide exposure to Ovation's innovative workforce health improvement initiatives to some of the most prominent experts in the collaborative care and population health industries. Ovation is eager to utilize this exposure to communicate the opportunities available to companies through the implementation of their Chronic Disease Prevention programs.
