Ovation Benefits Welcomes Newest Team Members

Farmington, CT - Ovation Benefits, a national leader in workforce health improvement and one of the largest independent benefits brokers in the country, is pleased to announce the addition of four talented individuals to the Ovation Benefits team.
Jeff Worley recently joined Ovation Benefits as Small Business Practice Leader. Prior to joining Ovation, Jeff served as Executive Director at Benefits Consulting Group, LLC, a company he founded in 2000. He has over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits arena including several leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente. Most recently he served as Director of Sales for the Connecticut and New York markets, with responsibility for sales, marketing, and account management.
Gabe Minnocci joined Ovation Benefits as a Client Service Representative for the Small Group team. Gabe is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BA in History and a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a BS in Special Education. Previously, Gabe was a Senior Client Service Representative at Health Net. The benefits expertise and problem solving skills gained at Health Net will prove valuable in his new role as CSR at Ovation.
Tim Beckwith recently filled the position of Senior Accountant at Ovation. His role will be to support Ovation's CFO; Kim Kovalski in all aspects of the company's financial reporting needs. Tim will assist with financial statement preparation; month-end closes, and will help manage the company's budgeting and forecasting duties. Tim is a graduate of the University of New Haven with a B.S. in Accounting. His most recent experience working at J.H. Cohn LLP as a Senior Auditor will be beneficial in this role and Ovation is looking forward to having him as a team member.
Brian MacDonald is the newest addition to the Ovation sales team. His primary responsibilities will be to assist in setting up appointments and increasing sales opportunities for Ovation. Brian graduated from Virginia Military Institute with a BA in Economics and Business. His experience and expertise will be an asset to the sales team as Ovation continues to grow in the Connecticut small business arena.
