Our seminar series was created with you, the employer, in mind. Based on a recent survey compiled of 700+ employers we have scheduled four seminars in 2009.

The main goal of our seminars is to provide important information and strategies on topics that are timely, informative, valuable and actionable.

At Ovation Benefits, we are actively adapting to the ever-changing legislative environment. We are committed to keeping employers informed. We will adjust and continue to add topics to our seminar series as necessary.

TOPIC: Early Retiree Subsidy Program
Ovation Benefits invites you to join us for a presentation and discussion on the Early Retiree Subsidy Program.

Health reform includes a temporary reinsurance program to help offset the costs of expensive premiums for group benefits plans providing health benefits for retirees (and to the eligible spouses, surviving spouses, and dependents of such retiree) age 55 through 64.

TOPIC: 5500 Electronic Filing
All pension and welfare plans and DFEs that are required to submit an annual return/report under Title I of ERISA (Form 5500 or Form 5500-SF) must do so electronically for plan years beginning on or after January 1, 2009.
